DCS is conducting a risk assessment to ensure virtual visits can safely proceed at the prison.

Prisoners have access to telephone facilities and are encouraged to stay in contact with family and friends.

Virtual visits will continue at all other prison sites with visitors able to make bookings as usual.

It is anticipated a further update will be provided tomorrow.
