Disclosure logs - Minister
Premier and Cabinet Circular PC045 – Disclosure logs for non-personal information requires agencies to publish a disclosure log on their websites. The disclosure log lists information that has been released by the agency in response to a request for access to information under the Freedom of Information Act 1991 (FOI Act) received after 1 October 2017.
Our disclosure log is a record of information that the Minister has released in response to a formal access application from an individual or organisation that the Minister considers to be of interest to other members of the public, in keeping with the objects of the FOI Act.
Usually only non-personal information is included on the log, and may relate to other portfolios the Minister is responsible for, such as Police, Emergency Services and Road Safety.
Please note that the log lists the information requested, relevant to a specific time and may not contain the most up-to-date version of the information.
