Cancelling a Prisoner Visit Booking - Pilot Scheme

We are currently running a Prisoner Visit Booking System pilot scheme at three prisons.
Bookings made as part of this scheme can be can be cancelled online.

Bookings can also be cancelled by phone by calling the prison where the visit is scheduled.
If your planned visit was not part of this pilot you should also contact the prison where the prisoner is located.

Family and friends support is very important to prisoners - please try not to cancel your visit.
