Please note visits may be modified when temperatures reach over 38 degrees, and cancelled when the temperature is over 42 degrees.
Visitors are reminded that money transfers to prisoners will only be accepted as bank cheques or as Standard Money Orders.

Non-contact visit sessions last 60 minutes – and are by arrangement.
Professional visits
Professional visiting hours are generally available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:00.

The call will be transferred to a Case Management Coordinator (CMC) who will ascertain the availability of the prisoner.

Include the full name and date of birth of the prisoner you want to visit, and several options of days and times you can visit in case your first preference is not available.
Upon arrival all professional visitors must report to the control room to have their identification verified, be processed with a metal detector, and undergo security procedures prior to being admitted into the visit area.

The Cadell Training Centre (CTC) opened in 1960 as a training facility for prisoners to learn vocational skills which may not be available within other prisons. It focuses on the rehabilitation of prisoners and preparing them to take their place in the community upon release.
