Parole Board meetings

Parole Board meetings are held twice a weekly usually on a Tuesday and a Thursday.

The board can sit either as:

  • a full board (minimum of four members)
  • a division of the board comprising three members including the Presiding Member or Deputy Presiding Member as Chairperson.

The board conducts most of its business at a meeting room in the Adelaide CBD.

Interviews with prisoners and parolees are held either in person or by audio visual link to country locations.

Prisoners and parolees are entitled to legal representation and/or other professional support should they so request.

Parole Board hearings are not open to the general public.
